Terms of Service

Welcome to Greater Sum Agency LLC ("we", "us", or "our"). By accessing or using our services—including but not limited to video production, photography, graphic design, web design, branding, and marketing—you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). Please read them carefully.
 

1. Services Offered

We provide a variety of creative services, including:

  • Video production and editing

  • Photography

  • Graphic and web design

  • Brand identity development

  • Marketing strategy and campaign execution

These services may be customized on a per-project basis.
 

2. Client Responsibilities

To ensure a successful collaboration, you agree to:

  • Provide accurate and timely information needed to complete your project

  • Review and approve work promptly

  • Make payments according to agreed timelines

  • Obtain any necessary permissions for materials you supply (e.g., logos, music, text); unless otherwise agreed.
     

3. Payment Terms

  • All services require a signed agreement or proposal outlining scope and payment terms.

  • A deposit (typically 50%) is due before work begins, unless otherwise agreed.

  • Final payment is due upon delivery of the final product or completion of the service.

  • Late payments may incur fees or result in delayed delivery.
     

4. Revisions & Approvals

  • Projects typically include a set number of revision rounds as outlined in your proposal.

  • Additional revisions outside the scope may incur additional fees.

  • Final approval is required before the delivery of files or campaign launch.
     

5. Intellectual Property & Licensing

Unless otherwise agreed in writing:

  • We retain ownership of original design files, project files, and raw media (e.g., unedited photos or video footage).

  • Upon full payment, you receive a non-exclusive, commercial-use license to use the final delivered work (e.g., finished video, designs, or marketing copy).

  • You may not resell, redistribute, or modify our work without permission.

  • For custom marketing campaigns, strategy documents remain the intellectual property of Greater Sum Agency, unless otherwise agreed.
     

6. Portfolio Use

We reserve the right to display completed projects in our portfolio (online or offline), including on our website and social media, unless otherwise agreed in writing.
 

7. Cancellations & Terminations

  • You may cancel a project at any time, but deposits are non-refundable once work has begun.

  • We reserve the right to cancel a project if the client violates the Terms or becomes unresponsive for an extended period.

  • If either party terminates a project early, work completed to date will be invoiced at our hourly or milestone rate.
     

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

Our services are provided “as-is.” While we strive for excellence, we do not guarantee specific outcomes, performance, or results (e.g., sales increases, viral reach).
 

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law:

  • We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

  • Our liability is limited to the amount you paid for the specific service giving rise to the claim.
     

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of [Insert State]. Any disputes will be handled in the appropriate courts of that jurisdiction.
 

11. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of our services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
